Cant download ADFS 2.0 RTW RRS feed

    I have been trying for the last couple of days to find somewhere to download ADFS 2.0 RTW. All of the links that I find point back to Microsoft's download page for ADFS 2.0 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=10909) , however when I try to download it, it brings up a pop-up with a next button that does not function. How do I get past this screen to get the download?

    Browser issue I guess. Works just fine for me.

    Thank you so much. I have tried downloading this at work and home, on different workstations, and have had the same issue everywhere I tried. All running Windows 7 Pro w/ IE11. Don't know why it wouldn't give me the next button. Again, Thank you for the link.
