Okay, so we've been working on configuring SCSM 2012 for a few months now and presented it to our Director yesterday. Simply put, he hated it. Too many clicks just to submit a ticket. As it is now, the user clicks the service offering, picks the request
offering, then has to click go to request form.
Is there anyway to eliminate that third click? We're under the impression there is not but wanted to check with this community before I gave my Director a definitive answer.
He also complained about the sluggishness of the SM console. Any suggestions on hwo to improve the speed of it? Our sys admin said it is very resource intensive and that is why it runs so slowly.
I appreciate any suggestions or advice.
