  • Hi RamZnet,

Do all uses have the issue?

Please install the latest service pack and rollup for Exchange 2007 in order to avoid some known issues first(Exchange 2007 SP3 rollup 5).

If the issue still occurs, please try to recreate the OWA VD.

  • Hi Frank,

So far it looks like your idea of re-creating the OwaVirtualDirectory has solved the problem.

    Thank You

  • Well I tried to install the update as you suggested. (Exchange2007-KB2602324-x64-EN.msp)  But I received a Windows Installer error message that said:

The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program.  Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.

    Now what do I do????

  • Hi RamZnet,

Please install the Exchange 2007 SP3 first, after that, install the Rollup 5 for Exchange 2007 SP3.

Are you running that in the Exchange Management Shell or just the
    default Powershell?

  • Hi RamZnet,

    Any updates?

If you are running the cmdlet in the Windows PowerShell, please run it in EMS as Rich said.
