  • I don't know what is going on!  I sent an e-mail to three people and got the above message.  I went to the link as suggested (Bulk E-mailing Best Practices for Senders Using Forefront Online Protection for Exchange.)   , followed the directions, and re-sent my msg, but received the same error msg. 

    After that, I followed another link and found myself at this forum.

    All I want to know is how to format my msg so it won't be blocked by embarqmail.

    Honestly, this has nothing to do with Service Manager.  I would suggest you to post your query on Exchange forum for this issue. There you can get more effective and appropriate suggestions by experts familiar with this topic. Your understanding is appreciated.
