Incoming Email bouncing back RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Since last couple of weeks I am not receiving the incoming emails from any of the email id from my client and inhouse team, however I am able to send the emails from my account. (gaganparashar@x-ciel.com). But last night I got to emails at my email, but in the morning when I am trying to have incoming emails, the same situation coming up.

    Please provide the solution for the same. I am operating the email ids, from live.com

    I'm a little confused about your problem.

    Before going further, I'd like to ask the following questions to understand more details about your issue:

    1. What's your exchange version?

    2. Which account can not receive emails? gaganparashar@x-ciel.com OR your live.com id?

    3. When you did not receive the emails, did the sender get any NDR message?

    If this is an issue related to live.com, not an exchange issue, you should ask this in Outlook.com forum .
