after uninstlling silverlight, tried to downlooad new silerlight but ie 9 states can not display page RRS feed

    i have tried every thing. can go to other web sites but it will not let me down load anything to fix the prolem.

    can some one help me please

    running win 7 ult ie 9 64bit

    yes my ie 9 will not download anything "internet explorer can not display page"  but i can goto any web page but not download any thing only with ie9 (64 bit ) explorer which  will not let me make it defalt
