  • Hello Sameer2Sam,

This issue with Scorecard comments is a known issue and this is a limitation of the comment feature within Scorecards. Scorecard comments are not supported with multi-select filters on background dimensions. There is no workaround at this time that I have seen.

    Thanks,

    Hello everyone,

I have the same problem when I try to add a new comment, in some case there is an error:

    I have a Dashboard with 6 Filters (multi-tree)

    • When all my Filter are on the root "ALL" position, there is no problem. I can post comments.
    • When I select, for example one of the child of my filter, it's ok... too
    • But if a select more than one child, there is a error in the pop-up :

"There is a problem rendering this control. Please contact your system administrator."

Has anyone found something’s to fix this problem??

    Thank you

    Fred

  • Thanks for the information Jon. Is there any update if this is going to be fixed in the next service pack ?

  • Sameer2Sam,

I have not heard if this has been included in SP2 for PPS Monitoring or not. I do know it is on the feature list for V2 but that's about all I know at this time.

    Thanks,
