Driverless Install RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to make a hardware installation user-proof.  I have been looking all day for the best way to do this.  From what I've seen I have determined there is not much I can do about the fact that my driver is unsigned (yay popup!) and there is no way to bypass the hardware wizard.  Is there a way to call the hardware wizard using a command-line option that tells it the driver source?
I'm guessing not so now, the main obstacle is the option for the user to navigate to the driver.  Can this be disabled?  I have already placed the neccessary files into the system 32 folder so that if you just click next it will properly install.  I just want them to click next.  why cant they just click next?
