I want to add a outlook.com account, but Outlook crashed. I then tried setting up manually by entering the server and ports info etc., still crashed.
Has anyone experienced this issue? It would be most useful to see the solutions!

What's the version number of your Outlook client? Have you checked in the Event Viewer and see if anything useful was recorded out there?
Do you have any other email account configured in Outlook? Probably, try with a new Outlook profile and see if it works:
