    Do we have to create a call park before setting up call pickup group? can we not do it without any call park service?

    if its a small office..open space.they dont want any call parking..then is it impossible to create a call pickup without call park?

    if yes why is so necessary?

    Regarding this issue, agree with Shankar.Paulraj, even though you have a small organization because Group Call Pickup is built on the Call Park application, I will share a link with you
