When receiving ATA notification via email, the Excel attachments gets changed into ".txt" by itself. It is only happening to one user who is on Office 365 meanwhile the users on-premise does not face this issue. The affected user when tries to
open the attachment, it says "The attachment has been removed". There is no spam or malware filter/policies defined in Exchange Online and it is happening in OWA and Outlook client both.
Please help.
