    I CAN'T GET ANY UPDATES.  THEY ALL FAIL. IF I TRY TO JUST DO ONE AT A TIME IT SITS FOR HOURS.

    IT SAYS TO SEE WHAT VERSION YOU HAVE BY LOOKING AT WUAUENG.DLL IN WINDOWS FOLDER.

    I SEARCHED FOR THAT FILE IN THE WINDOWS FOLDER AND THERE WAS NO MATCH.

    I FOUND ANOTHER THING THAT SAID TO CLICK ON THE WINDOWS LOGO KEY + R ------ I CAN'T FIND

    A WINDOWS LOGO KEY.  NOTHING IS WORKING

    Hi pa1153,

    According to your description, you have issues with windows update.

    1. What is the OS of the computer that has update issues?

    2.  Please reset windows update component on the computer and install update again:

    3. If reset windows update components couldn't help, please check windows update log which locates in C:\Windows\Windowsupdate.log.
