why explorer.exe connected internet??
i used tcp view from sysinternals
5 explorer.exe connected internet..
what this mean??
can you check this ip 184.108.40.206??
Check if your machine is not sending out information to the internet. That IP belongs to some chinese company (Probably spoofed).
If you have a public IP i would suggest checking it against MXToolbox.com and see if you are blacklisted.
