    I have 2 sharepoint server with different database server and database

    i need to move my farm from on server to another sharepoint server

    whats solution to move all content and database between these to sharepoint 2010 server

    Your easiest option is to join the second server to the farm, make sure all services run on that target server, then remove the first server from the farm.

    Hi,

    What Radi says I am in agreement with that. however I have few concerns in that.

    However these are few concerns needs to be taken care:

    1. The sharepoint version and other components hould be identical.

    2. There should not be any conflict between the existing managed paths.

    You need a migration tool. We use MetaLogix, but I'm sure others can suggest other solutions.
