    1. Any particular reason(s) that you need to replace a 32-bit install with a 64-bit ?

    2. If you don't mind waiting a bit, build 10041 ISO will be available to download. When that happens, you can then select the 64-bit ISO download. Then do a clean install.
The wait couldn't be too long because build 10041 is already released via Windows Update 6 days ago.

    3. Backup your files to an external hard drive before installing.

  • In case you don't know yet.......

The ISO file of the new build 10041 has been released. You can download it at this link ......

It is for Pro (non-Enterprise) version.
You can choose the language and bit-version.
