1. Any particular reason(s) that you need to replace a 32-bit install with a 64-bit ?
2. If you don't mind waiting a bit, build 10041 ISO will be available to download. When that happens, you can then select the 64-bit ISO download. Then do a clean install.
The wait couldn't be too long because build 10041 is already released via Windows Update 6 days ago.3. Backup your files to an external hard drive before installing.

its ok, i have a gaming pc and i put all my games onto a portable hard drive anyway so it shouldnt take long to reinstall the 64 bit osTuesday, March 24, 2015 9:51 AM

It is for Pro (non-Enterprise) version.
You can choose the language and bit-version.
