Sent emails stuck in Drafts RRS feed

    I have a single user using Outlook 2013 (version 15.0.4433.1507) on Windows 7 Pro with an Exchange 2007 server.  The user has noted that several times when sending, the message will be saved to the Drafts folder and never sent.  If he re-opens the email and sends, it will usually work the second time.

    I've not been able to find any other users with this issue and I can't identify any configuration issues on the server (we're a small outfit with just the one Exchange server.  The config isn't very complex.).  

    Has anyone noticed a similar issue?  If so, have you been able to resolve it?

    Hi,

    It is so strange. The sending message is stuck in Drafts in Outlook instead of Outbox?

    If there is any third party mail program, please disable it. And restart Outlook in safe mode by running Outlook /Safe switch to have a try.

    If the issue persists, please also create a new Outlook profile:
