Exchange Connector - Incidents no longer updating RRS feed

  • Hello--

    Recently, it came to my attention that incidents were not being updated via our return mailbox connector.  I turned on logging and EWS tracing, and this is the consistent message I find in the Event Viewer even though other messages say it is adding the body to the action log and the sender as a related CI: (email and server name removed)

    This error is extremely vague and unhelpful.  Does anyone have a suggestion on what to check?
