Mulitple S4B Accounts RRS feed

  • Question

  • All,

I have S4B and also have multiple O365 accounts at different domains, is there any way that I can indicate that I am on-line and ready to take a call if I am only signed in with one O365 account.  If not OD4B will be able to connect to multiple OneDrives and SharePoint libraries, is this something that needs thinking about for S4B.

  • If we have federation between the two domains we can configure forwarding and sign in to one O365 account or if we have phone numbers assigned to each of them. OD4B has nothing to with skype for business , since its a different O365 service.

  • Hi Jampotty,

Welcome to post in our forum.

Would you please tell us did you use SFB online or SFB on premise in your environment ?

As a supplement, if you use SFB online in your environment, based on my research, there is no report indicates that which user is online, but you could  check the total number of activities that a user participated in during the time period you select with the report of user activities.

  • Alice,

I use SFB on a Win10 machine(s) running Office 2016 either on premise (home) or at client premises.  I would not use the on-line system.

I want to be able to have multi sign on just like ODFB will be soon and then have separate contact lists under each login.  When a call comes in, it just goes to that account and I can see who is calling and I can then choose if I want answer or reject the call.

I am only talking about three SFB accounts on different domains.

    Regards,

    Jampotty

  • If I understand correctly you are having three accounts for three domains which are enabled for Skype for Business and you want to login to only one while you get calls for other two, on the only one you have logged in to. Please correct me if am wrong.
