Clinet not connecting to Wsus server

We have 2 wsus servers that are configured for SCCM SUP.

The servers had sync issue last week and I cleaned updates and ran re-index database.

After wsus maintenance, sync between servers are working but client cannot connect to wsus server to get update info.

Anyone can help me?

WSUS server: Windows 2012 R2

WSUS version: 6.3.9600.18324

SCCM version: SCCM 1610

Client: windows 7

Hi,
Please check the clients which can’t connect to WSUS to see if they are displayed in the “Computers” node of WSUS console.
If they are showed up there, please check the “last status report” time when you click a problematic client.
