  • Hi I dont know what is this """"""tel:135;phone-context=HQ""""" in   user properties. could you tell me in what scenorios we have to use this??

  • The format tel:135;phone-context=HQ is not recognized in Lync Server Control Panel.

    Check the URI requirement by click the question mark beside Line URI textbox in Lync Server Control Panel:

    Line URI must contain a normalized, unique primary phone number when a user is enabled for dial-in conferencing, Enterprise Voice, PC-to-PC calls, or remote call control. If there is an extension number, add it to the end of the line URI.
