How to get CPU load percentage in Windows Server 2012 R2

Currently i used both this command "wmic cpu get loadpercentage" and query "SELECT LoadPercentage FROM Win32_Processor". But i didn't get CPU load percentage in "Windows Server 2012 R2". This same command and query is working in "Windows 7".
