How do you add an attendee to a outlook meeting without updating all attendees

  • How do you add an attendee to a outlook 2007 calendar meeting without sending the update to all attendees, just to the attendee just added?

  • Nevermind, I figured it out. Oh well, maybe someone else could use this information.

    1) Add or Remove the attendee
    2) Click on the 'Send' button
    3) Select the option to only send to the updated attendee.

  • Also, the issue appeared after performing the above steps.....the reason, there was an email distribution lists as one of the attendees. Expanding this email group fixed the problem.

  • What happens when that prompt doesn't appear anymore? I recently noticed that when I add people to existing meetings the prompt to send to only the updated attendee doesn't show up anymore. What happened?
