The Builder does not support advanced regular expressions RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I want to create the following normalization rule:

    Pattern to Match: ^9?(\d{3})$

    Pattern : +511$1

When i want to create that rule i receive the following message:

The Builder does not support advanced regular expressions. To Start using the builder, click reset. To modify the regular expression manually, click Edit.

How Can I create that rule?

    Regards.

  • It does work, Jose. Just tested it. Where you are trying to set this up?

  • Hi Drago,

    Thanks, it works.

Please, i know it's a different topic, but could you explain me or give some lync about Trunk Configuration?

    Regards.

Basicaly, we manipulate advanced features as REFER support and Media Bypass here, as well as we specify level of encryption. With other words, more granular configuration based on the dialed number.

  • Your Trunk configuration determines how Lync interacts with incoming calls from a SIP Trunk. The normalization rules here are used to massage any numbers that come in from the Trunk and put them into a format that Lync can understand (e.164).

Did you need any other information?
