Contact Lists in Exchange 2013 - Need help getting to just one... RRS feed

  • We just upgraded to Office 365 with MS Exchange 2013. 

    I am "delegated" on my two of bosses email accounts, plus use my own.  For some reason, I have several different versions of Contacts (Boss1 Contacts, Contacts (this computer only), and several other iterations of the same (- but not Boss2 Contacts, oddly) and I can't figure out how to combine them (the whole firm uses the same email contact lists).  When I try LINK CONTACTS, I can't figure out which of the contact files is the primary. Is there a way to do this?  I need to be able to enter a name in the TO line in a new email and have the correct email address be accessed, no matter whose email is "sending" the message.  Is this possible?
