Question

Hi All,
We are getting issue while dialing peer to peer audio calls from Skype EV client. Both endpoints are internally and it should be touted internally.
We are getting ms-diagnostics: 5;reason="Insufficient bandwidth to establish session. Attempt PSTN re-route" and then the calls tried outbound routing but there also we are getting error SIP/2.0 482 Loop Detected.

Hi,
Do you have CAC deployed? If you have, check bandwidth policy for CAC.
For more info check this link: https://www.msxfaq.de/skype_for_business/inside/cactesten.htm

Hi James,
Agree with Marko, based on your description, this error was related to the bandwidth ,you do not have enough bandwidth ,so this call try outbound routing ,but the gateway resopned with 482 loop detected, disconnect the call,so I suggest you deploy the CAC,when you have poor media ,it will prevent call from taing place ,this call will not try outbound routing.
I recommand you to use this tool,to measure network bandwidth and hardware ,if your network meet the requirements,
