Why are you posting a question about apple's Final Cut Pro X on a Microsaoft forum? Microsoft does not have anything to do with Final Cut Pro X because it is an Apple application that runs on Apple's OS X.
Based on the information posted on the Apple website Final Cut Pro X does not run on Microsoft's Windows 7.
