How to group the Intune policies?

    Question

  • Hi, I would like to ask for the possibility to make a groups of policies (doesn`t matter if configuration policies, CA policies, or compliant policies). Or is it possible to have some preconfigured filters?

We have in tenant about 30 configuration policies/profiles and it is really hard to find one. I use the filters, but I need to create again and again the same filters. Is there any option how to make it more comfortable to manage the policies by grouping them or make some predefined filters etc?

Maybe is it good point for Intune to going to be more user friendly :)

    Thank you Mirek

  • Hi,

there is none now, I try to use a naming convention as well like iOS-  AfW- and so on it is sorted in the UI,

Suggestions can be filed at user-voice, it could be there already,,, but otherwise I would add it.

  • Hello,

It's not supported for organizing the policies in groups.

I think @Jorgen provides a good workaround, you can rename the policies beginning with the name of groups.

In addition, it's a good idea to submit your requirement to the user voice site.
