  • Follow the steps listed here. It'sf or XP but the principals are the same although the labels of what you click etc may be slightly different.

  • Thanks for the respond...unfortunately still not fix the problem. I have tried almost everything such as, uninstalling the driver, manually download driver and update, etc but still no improvement. I did send an error reports to the Microsoft and still waiting for the answers. But thanks anyway. Cheers

  • I wouldn't wait on an MS response to your error message.They fix problems
    witrh the most reports. For an old OS like Vista it has to be a BIG problem.
     
    Try searching google for
    solved device manager 10 NETw5v32.sys
     
    Note that Blue screens errors with error code 10 (0xa in hex)have nothing to
    do with your problem. Yours is Device Manager code 10.
