Hello everyone,
My server has been crashed and unexpected shutdown. I check Windows Event Viewer, minidump files to get the Bug Check Code 0x00000133 and the error service ntoskrnl.exe.
This link is for minidump files and MSinfo32.

I'd check the server has the latest ROM bios, firmware, chipset and driver support pack.

Hello Patrick,
The server is IBM x3650 M3. I collected the hardware DSA log (IBM Dynamnic System Analysis log) includes the information you need.
The log file is here:

Could you give some advices at this time?
I am very thankful for your information.

Debugging is out of scope for forums support. I'd suggest working with IBM support or you could also start a support case with microsoft here.
