Server 2012R2 Standard with BSOD issue, unexpected shutdown. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello everyone,
My server has been crashed and unexpected shutdown. I check Windows Event Viewer, minidump files to get the Bug Check Code 0x00000133 and the error service ntoskrnl.exe.

This link is for minidump files and MSinfo32.

  • I'd check the server has the latest ROM bios, firmware, chipset and driver support pack.

    Hello Patrick,

The server is IBM x3650 M3. I collected the hardware DSA log (IBM Dynamnic System Analysis log) includes the information you need.

    The log file is here:

Could you give some advices at this time?

I am very thankful for your information.

  • Debugging is out of scope for forums support. I'd suggest working with IBM support or you could also start a support case with microsoft here.
