    The link https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff357803(v=vs.85).aspx lists the WSUS classification GUIDs.

    But in WSUS (options -> products and classifications -> classifications) not all classifications are present for synchronization.

    Eg.

    1) Application
    2) Connectors
    3) Developer Kits
    4) Guidance

    If I wanted to synchronize for these classifications what should I do?

    And WSUS has "Drivers" classification which is not listed Here.

    Correct. Not all classifications are used by Microsoft at this time.

    Pray for somebody to release something in one of those classifications.

    That it does. If you value your sanity, pretend that it does not exist either.
