Windows 7 Pro and Windows 8.1 Pro upgraded to Windows 10 Home, HELP!

Question
-
I have read a lot of threads on here on this subject. They all state the same thing. If you had 7 or 8 Pro, you should have been upgraded to 10 Pro. This is absolutely not the case and upgrades to all three of my machines landed me with the Home version of 10. As you may expect, this won't really do for PCs used in a professional environment. My question is this: Who do I contact to get this remedied? I'll be happy to provide MS with all of my former license keys to prove what was on these machines before and that I am actually entitled to pro-level licensing. Remote Desktop is HUGE for me and I did not realize it was not supported in the version I upgraded to earlier this year.Wednesday, September 14, 2016 9:56 PM

Hi,
To my knowledge, after 29th July, Windows 7 or 8.1 product key can no longer activate Windows 10.
Since your three computers have used Windows 10 Home edition now, the only way to upgrade system to Pro is buy Pro product key, you have missed deadline of free upgrade, I am sorry about it but powerless.
