  • Hi,

The new dump file points to iaStorA.sys. This file is the Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver. Please make sure you have installed the latest driver and reset your reset up the Intel Smart Response Technology to check the result.

Here is a reference for you:

  • Thank you so much!  I went through and, I believe, I updated those drivers--I ran into several issues while attempting to get them going....but, BSOD again.

  • Hi,

The new dump file points to iaStorA.sys. This file is the Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver. Please make sure you have installed the latest driver and reset your reset up the Intel Smart Response Technology to check the result.

Here is a reference for you:

  • Thanks to all of you!  Yes, I finally got the update to work (from Dell support site update was not successful even though their "tool" says succeeded).  This is the first night in a month without a bluescreen. I hope this holds consistent moving forward.

Thank you for all of your help. All of you.
