Print Spooler in Windows 2008 R2

Question
-
Hi Community,
I have 2008 R2 Enterprise where I have QlikView(Simple BI Tool) installed. For distributing PDF reports by QlikView through mails, Print Spooler service should be running.
Since a week, QlikView is not able to send the PDF mails. and we are getting the below error.
Error: Could not print report. ErrorCode=PRINTER_NOT_FOUND. ReportID=Document\RP06
the reason is Print Spooler is getting auto disabled. I have tried many times to change the startup type of this service to Automatic, and start the service. But it is getting Disabled for every 15min.
Require help in fixing this issue.

I'd check the system event log for errors. Also this one might help.

Hi,
In addition, please go to the recovery tab of printer spooler service’ properties, set as below:
Then go to Dependencies tab, make sure that RPC is listed.Best regards,
