  • It's actually not accurate, the status bar shows connected, but no new message coming, however, at a sudden, a batch of new emails will pop up at a time.

    it happens for about several times in a day. Need a solid solution to avoid this annoy thing.

    What's your account type? Exchange, POP or IMAP?

    Have you checked on the web mail to see whether new messages are received timely?

    What’s more, if the connection is well connected, please also make sure “Send immediately when connected” option is selected. To find this option, please go to File > Options > Advanced.


    Besides, if issue continues, please try recreating a new profile and then check the results. You could refer to the detailed steps in this article.
