    What determins if a certain computer falls in a certain target, and how can I create custom targets?

    For example, targets like "IIS 2000 web server", "IIS 2000 website" etc.  Lets say I want to make a custom one to monitor a custom app, how would I go about this and how can I view what computers are under which target type?
