  • I am having a problem with no one being able to open webmail from within the facilty. Webmail works fine form the outside, and email works great too!  Just can;t use webmail from within the facility anymore, Any ideas?

Well, how about starting with the error you get when you try accessing
    the URL from you browser.

    Try "ping <server-FQDN>".
    Try "ping <server-IPAddress>"
    Try "nslookup <server-FQDN>"
    Try "nslookup <server>"

"no one being able to open webmail" isn't much help. Since "webmail"
(which I'm assumng refers to Outlook Web Access (OWA) is usually
handled by Exchange 2003 Front-End servers, have there been any
changes in the way those internal uses get to the F-E servers? Any DNS
    changes?
