Page layout encoding problem

Hi,

I have created a custom page layout and I encountered some problems with encoding country specific characters.

In the layout code, I have <h2"> Hodnocení</h2> and on the site it displays as HodnocenÃ. I have created the same layout before and it worked fine. What could be the problem? The layout has UTF 8 encoding, same as the one, that I created before and that worked.

Hi Duchy90,

You could add the code below under the PlaceHolderAdditionalPageHead in the .html file

<meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Like:

 <meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
