    1.I sent a file to a specific folder but it went somewhere else.

    2. I produced a new folder and I can't find it in my Personal Folder List.

    3. I have discovered there are several different types of folders including Contact and Personal. Could that be one of my problems?

    4. Could i solve my problems by resetting the program back to it's original settings? If so please advise how to do it.
