Cannot run Windows XP Home in normal mode. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I cannot run Windows XP Home version in normal mode.  I can run in safe mode.  When I attempt to run, the Windows start screen appears with the dots flahing across the area under the Windows letters.  The dots continue to flash, but no startup.  I do not have a restore point.  I did not add any new hardware or software.  I'm running CA protection and it is up to date.  Any help will be appreciated
