  • when this is "Run-time error '384': A form can't be moved or sized while minimized or maximized"
then I doubt this has anything to do with network protocols.

So what is the exact error message, and in what situation does it ocure?

  • Hi LEE5425.

The actual support provided by Microsoft for Visual Basic 6.0 in Windows 10 is described at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/visualstudio/visual-basic-6/visual-basic-6-support-policy: Microsoft states that the VB6 runtime will ship and will be supported in Windows 10 for the lifetime of the OS. Visual Basic 6.0 runtime files continue to be 32-bit only, and all components must be hosted in 32-bit application processes.
You should provide us with more detailed information (i.e., the full text of the error message) for us to be able to provide you with some guidance and help.

    Bye.
