Sent mail doesnt go into Sent box


  • Suddenly this week, the mail I send under my gmail account does not go into the sent box. I did check off appropriate boxes in mail options. Thanks for any help.

    So, this is a recently happened issue, have you made any changes to your system or Windows during that time period?
    Which options have you checked so far?
    Would you please provide the detailed version information of your Outlook via File > Account then we can do further research on this?

    Please make sure the recipients can receive the mails you sent. Then go to File > Options > Mail > Save messages, confirm the check box of Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder is selected:

    Besides, it is also recommended to go to File > Account Settings, double click the gmail account, click More Settings, select the Advanced tab, clear the check box of Do not save copies of sent items:
