Line Manager is added after In Progress state, Notification Issue. RRS feed

  • On my Review Activities in which Line Manger is checked, the Mangers do not receive notifications. The reason is because I have my notifications set to go off once the RA is set to In Progress. The Line Manager is then added about 30 seconds later and does not get an email. I have been trying to change my notifications to something that might be triggered by the Line manager being added to the Review Activity but I have not had any luck. Is there any way to get around this? Powershell script or something?

  • Maybe it's an option to increase the polling interval of the notification workflow in the XML code of the MP.

    Each workflow contains a polling interval

    Export the MP and open the XML file in an editor. Search for <PollingIntervalInSeconds> and increase the value. Import the MP again.

    This way the notification workflow hopefully will start with a delay.
