Azure RMS says this is not my account... RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am now testing "RMS for Information Workers", which I think fascinating, but something is going wrong.

    After I created an account with my email ‘kaz@simplesso.jp”, which is my Microsoft Account at the same time, I installed the “Microsoft Rights Management sharing application x64” on my Windows 8 computer.

    First, there was no problem, and I was very excited creating P-files and all.

    However, about half a day later, the application suddenly shows several templates with my company name which I did not sat up at all.

    OK, this is not a big deal (but where this come form?) 

    But since then, I am getting error every time I try to protect a file by this application.

    It’s saying that I am not ‘kaz@simplesso.jp’ . (Then who am I?)

    I reinstalled the application but nothing changed.

    Does anyone have any idea how could I get rid of this error?
    any suggestions are more than welcome.
