QualityEstimates is sometimes partial or completely missing in VQReportEvent message RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I saw in SFB log file (UccApiLog) - whenever I complete some audio/video call, a SIP Service message that includes VQReportEvent content is sent to the SIP Server.

This XML always contains InboundStream and OutboundStream nodes. Within these 2 nodes it's possible to have a QualityEstimates nodes.

My question is - how come I don't always get these values that are within the QualityEstimates node?
When would those RecvListenMOS/OverallAvg/DegradationAvg/SendListenMOS be missing?
Is it possible to force Skype to always calcualte these values?

    Many thanks!

  • Hi RivernityUser,

Those values are part of CDR reporting data and always sent when there is a  p2p call , conference happens , the data is not calculated or sent for im sessions etc as its mainly used to calculate the call quality.
