  • I followed the page below to create a signature for my mail account

    Question is: How can I move the signature to another computer?

    You can copy the Signatures folder (folder that keeps your Outlook signatures) and import it to another computer.

    You can find the various files that make up your Outlook signatures in one of the following locations:

    Windows 10
    drive:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures

    Older versions of Windows   
    drive:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
