Converting Japanese XP SP1 to English RRS feed

    I have Japanese XP SP1 on Dell laptop(inbuilt OS). Want to convert it to English.(Want to see all OS menus, errors in English. Also want to see all office software menus in English)

    Are the following steps correct?

    1>Install XP SP3(Japanese)

    2>Install MUI pack for XP --- Can it be installed on Japanese XP?

    3>All OS menus and Office menus are in English- Is this understanding correct?

    If above steps are not correct kindly give step by step instructions.

    One cannot convert a Japanese version of Windows XP into an English version of Windows XP.
