Hi,
I am the admin of SharePoint online sites. But i am unable to increase the site quota size of a single site collection. i am able to increase the remaining sites quota. The particular site collection i am seeing that it is changed to grey color and seeing as loading. If i click on that, nothing is happening.

Hello
Please go to SharePoint Online Admin Center-> Setting to change the "Site Collection Storage Management" from Automatic to Manual.
then select the site collection to change the Storage Quota in the Site Collection.

hello
You can execute the cmdlet to set the storage size for site collection:
Set-SPOSite –Identity https://shelleycompany1.sharepoint.com/sites/Sales –StorageQuota 2000 -StorageQuotaWarningLevel 1800

Hi Shelley,
I tried to increase quota size of site using PowerShell also, but i am getting "cannot set properties on site, because the site is not available".
site is working fine and i am able to see the site in my online admin page.

Hello
Make sure the account who executes the cmdlet is the SharePoint Online Administrator.
