Room Mailbox RRS feed

  • We migrated from Exchange 2003 to 2010 last year and we have a bunch of mailboxes that we converted to Room Mailbox that came over.  Everything is working great on those mailboxes.  I created a new Room Mailbox and have all of the settings the same for the Calendar folder permissions, mailbox settings, AD settings, and I even checked the Attributes and everything matches.  The issue we are having with the new Room Mailbox is that when a user creates a meeting request and sends it out using the room as a resource, even if the room denies the request because there is another appointment, it sends the invite to all of the users anyway.  Our migraged mailboxes do not do this, they allow the invitee to make changes if it is declined from the Room Mailbox before sending out to the users.  Does anyone know of a way to fix this behavior so that users are not receiving invite requests that end up getting declined from the Room Mailbox?
