Asked by:
Service number call logs?

Question
-
How can one see a log of all calls received by a service number? More specifically, I have a service number assigned to a Call Attendant, and I want to see a log of all calls received by it.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Bob,
The best way is to deploy Monitoring reports on SFB.

Hi ,
Do you use skype for business online ?Please open PSTN usage report,Check the UCAP tab
Unified Communication Applications (UCAP)
- ucap_in (an inbound PSTN call to the UC application such as auto attendant or call queue)
- ucap_out (an outbound PSTN call from the UC application such as auto attendant or call queue)
If you want to know more about the details about the PSTN usage report ,you could refer to this link.
