  • Hi Nairank,

In order to narrow down the issue, please help us to confirm the following:

1.Would you please tell us if this issue only happen on the IOS device ?

2.What’s your IOS and SFB client version?

Please try to reinstall the SFB client and test again.

I did a test on IOS 9.3.3, the skype for business version is 6.6.0.444, it works fine when sharing desktop.

Moreover, make sure both your SFB server and client with the latest update.

    Best regards,

  • Nairank,

It would help us a bit if you could give us a little bit more information of what you are working with.

Does this happen on other devices?

    What is your backend?

  • It happened to only one user. SFB Mobile 6.6.1.2. I may ask to reinstall the client but can't ask him to upgrade. Since it is the available version with our customer.
